Prior to being appointed as CEO of the NFDC in 2004, Howard’s onsite demolition career spanned over 30 years and saw him serve as both NFDC and IDE President. Over the years Howard has been integral to the progression of the Federation, as well as producing many key industry guidance notes which are readily used throughout the sector.

Having previously worked at an NFDC Member Company for 30 years, Lesley took up her role in 2015 and oversees both the NFDC and NDTG. Lesley ensures membership satisfaction, but is an equal advocate for having ‘the right card for the right job’ and encouraging the upskilling of the demolition workforce.
